The southern most mixed martial arts gym in the world, showcasing all martial arts under one roof. Our facilities include; Weight Equipment, a Qualified PT, Showers, Cardio Equipment, Full size ring and current international fighters. IFC is the brother club of Canterbury Fight Centre.

Hone Milnes-Win
Coach and Founder
Hone has an extensive training in martial arts with over a decade in the fight game. Hone has competed internationally in all major fights styles including, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA and Jiu Jitsu. Hone has won titles in each style.
